My name is Carl Sharp and I am the Managing Director of QClad Pty Ltd.
     

QClad is a Sunshine Coast based locally owned company specializing in the installation of Colorbond roof & wall cladding, Durra Ortech acoustic ceiling systems and high and difficult access situations.

Up until 4 years ago QClad Pty Ltd was formally known as NDM Contracting Pty Ltd which has been operating successfully in the industrial/commercial roofing and cladding business for the past 16 years. The identity change was to allow for an internal re-structure of the company, creating opportunities to import and implement new ideas, producing a more dynamic and competitive company whilst maintaining the level of quality and service previously supplied by NDM Contracting.

Many of the company's clients are multinational companies and are involved in large projects in the mining, industrial, power station, commercial and grain handling ventures. It is a testament to the company's professional work ethic and practices that these companies continue to contract QClad Pty Ltd for the cladding component of their projects.

The company works under strict adherence to their Operations Manual that incorporates stringent Quality Assurance and Safety Procedures, together with a multitude of site forms for safety and quality control. QClad Pty Ltd has gained a solid reputation as specialists in high access, rope access, height safety and difficult access areas with all procedures being carried out under specific job safety analysis and work method statements.

QClad has a substantial, experienced work crew and is capable of successfully executing projects in both Queensland and interstate.  

We have a wide selection of skilled and industry licensed employees including certified roof plumbers, advanced riggers and scaffolders, ewp and crane operators, certificate 3 work place health and safety officers and all employees are continually trained, assessed and re-certified at working at heights under an accredited and nationally recognized training institution. 

All employees must reach proficiency appraisals and work safe knowledge attainments.

QClad Pty Ltd is committed to quality workmanship with excellent resources and infrastructure. The company has its own access equipment including five certified swing stages, a large combination of scaffolding and access towers.
