This contract with WMCF consisted of supply and installation of:

• Structural and cladding support steel
• Trimdek cladding
• Over 200 pneumatically operated wall louvers
• 4 off 15m x 900mm throat Roof Ventilators
• Access platforms and roller shutters
• Trimdek wall cladding

Included in Qclad’s scope was site verification of all engineering drawing dimensions and production of all structural steel detail shop drawings.

With a total contract period of only 16 weeks (including drafting) the project was completed on time under difficult conditions.

The granulation plant was in production for most of the contract period. This presented many hazards, which had to be managed by Qclad for our very safety conscious client.
