M&A Apartment Towers
QClad were engaged by long-time client Laing O’Rourke to carry out the removal and replacement of fire rated cladding materials to the M&A Apartment Tower in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.
The methodology included specialised access systems and techniques including swing stages, rope access technician’s, and a complex public protection system. The project was successfully completed on time and on budget.
